Understanding how our body works and using different strategies based on that knowledge to optimize these functions and performance of our bodies is a much better method of losing excessive body fat and weight, than buying a bunch of questionable books about different nutritional programs, whether it’s a ketogenic diet or and other kind of nutritional plan.

All the medical literature usually says that in cases where the increase in body fat was not related to one’s genetics, a lifestyle change (diet and exercise) is probably the best solution for this kind of situation.
